Welcome to the website of Horus University in Egypt (HUE).

Horus University is a private university affiliated to the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was established by a presidential decree in 2013. Currently, the university comprises 10 faculties, namely, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Business Administration, Engineering, and Medicine (listed in order of establishment). In 2024, a presidential decree was issued to establish four new faculties: Fine Arts, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics and Translation, and Applied Health Sciences.

The university is a smart, (fourth-generation institution), adopting a modern, student-centered educational approaches, integrated Curricula and the latest contemporary technology. The university promotes a green and eco-friendly campus. HUE is encouraging student’s engagement in sports, cultural, and social activities.
The mission of HUE is to deliver a high-quality education, and to qualify graduates capable to thrive in both local and international job market.
HUE vision is to establish itself as one of the leading educational institutions in Egypt and the Middle East.

The university has already gained recognition, featuring prominently in both Arab and international rankings as one of the top 100 universities in the Arab world.
